Legalities
One of the advantages of using me as your wedding celebrant is that you can have your perfect ceremony anywhere: you can use any unlicensed venue including your own home, your favourite field, or even a beach (as long as we have permission from the owners)! Pick the place that is perfect for you.

Under English law, ceremonies performed by a celebrant are not legally binding: you must obtain the relevant legal documents at a registry office. All registry offices offer a simple, low-fuss, low-fee service, generally called a statutory ceremony. These may not always be advertised, however, and you may need to enquire with your local registry office directly.
